  • What are the shipping options?
    At this point in time Behind the Face Art is only able to offer USPS priority mail, this usually takes --- days after payment and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will only take place during business days.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    We at Behind The Face Art take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we will either replace it with a similar work or will refund your money in full. Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a damaged painting, please email me as soon as possible with details of the damage. I will then contact you to arrange refund or replacement.
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
    The most easiest and effecient way to contact us is through email (schtezelart@gmail.com), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours.
