Thank you for visiting my store and supporting small businesses!

If you choose to purchase any of my creations I hope my paintings will enlighten not only your place, but your heart and your soul.

 

 

Commissions

 

I am currently accepting commissions to paint custom pieces. Prices will depend upon whether your piece contains any figures, size, complexity and detail.

When the order is placed, 10% of the cost of the order will be required as a down-payment and the balance will be due upon completion and before shipping.

Payment Methods

 

All prices are in USD.

Payments can be made using Debit/Credit Cards, PAYPAL or Offline Payments. Contact me for Offline Payment.

 

 

Shipping

 

Domestic orders – all items will be shipped via USPS priority mail. If you would like to use different shipping method, please contact me via email schtezelart@gmail.com to make arrangements.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 7-10 business days from the day of your order.

 

International orders – contact me to make arrangements.

 

 

 

 

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

Returns & Refunds

 

I gladly will accept returns.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new painting, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and return it within 21 days, in its original condition, in its original packaging and upon receipt, I will refund your purchase price.

 

 

Conditions of returns

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Commissioned art – a down-payment is not refundable. The balance of your payment will be refunded.

 

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

 

 

Exchanges

 

I don’t accept exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

 

Damaged goods

 

If a painting is damaged in transit, I will either replace it with a similar work or will refund your money in full. Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a damaged painting, please email me as soon as possible with details of the damage. I will then contact you to arrange refund or replacement. IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE, PLEASE RETAIN THE WRAPPING, AS THIS IS VITAL AS EVIDENCE IN INSURANCE CLAIMS.
